Alyssa originally started at USI back in 2021 as a Regional Recruiter for the CT region and is now our Talent Acquisition Manager. She has a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology with a concentration in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from Sacred Heart University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice & Forensic Psychology from the University of New Haven. Alyssa has hands-on experience with recruiting in the security industry, which allows her to lead and motivate her team, while also ensuring a positive candidate experience.”
