Congratulations to Officer Colin Nguyen for his commitment to excellence

United Security, Inc. is pleased to recognize Colin Nguyen among the Employees of the Quarter. Officer Nguyen was recently the recipient of a USI Certificate of Excellence award at our MathWorks Lakeside Campus. Colin’s contributions have been invaluable to the success of USI. He has played a crucial role in resolving staffing concerns, and managing operations at both MathWorks Natick Campuses and fulfilling various client responsibilities.

Officer Nguyen recently assisted with a medical incident on-site, which resulted in an impaired employee being taken to the hospital.  Close to midnight, Officer Nguyen found a MathWorks employee sitting in the Lakeside cafeteria.  Although the individual appeared to be working, Officer Nguyen sensed that something was amiss. The person was slouched in their chair, almost sliding down. Officer Nguyen approached the individual, introduced himself and offered assistance. However, the person responded incoherently, unable to communicate clearly. It became evident that the individual was in distress, prompting Officer Nguyen to contact emergency services for further help. Emergency responders arrived and transported the individual to the hospital

Colin Nguyen has consistently showcased outstanding attributes while representing United Security at the MathWorks Campuses. His remarkable personality, extensive knowledge, and active participation in the daily operations of the campuses highlight his invaluable contribution to the security team at MathWorks. Undoubtedly, Colin’s outstanding performance merits this well-deserved recognition, and the team at MathWorks was pleased to present him with the Certificate of Excellence award.
