Congratulations to Portfolio Manager Ernie Spaziano as his role and responsibilities expand.

United Security, Inc. extends its warmest congratulations to Ernest (Ernie) Spaziano.  Over the last year, Ernie has been working in the Connecticut market assisting Operations, Human Resources and Recruiting.  However, as new opportunities and growth have emerged within USI, Ernie’s role has expanded as Field Operations Manager to include the Boston and Rhode Island markets.

With more than 35 years of experience, Ernie brings with him a wealth of industry knowledge and expertise in security operations, training, development, and financial management making him a valuable resource and asset. Ernie distinguishes himself through previous roles as a Correctional Officer at the Rhode Island Department of Corrections, as well as his notable background as a Marine Veteran.

In a prior prominent role, Ernie held a Portfolio Manager position with a national service provider where he managed the daily security operations of a Level 1 Trauma Center and Children’s Hospital, a nearly 15-million-dollar portfolio.  He oversaw the continuous professional development, training and mentorship of over 220 security personnel, site supervisors and area managers.

With the expansion into new markets, Ernie will be collaborating closely with employees to enhance performance and guarantee success, while also engaging regularly with clients to ensure actionable expectations and measurable results are being met. We have great confidence our employees and clients will benefit from Ernie’s extensive industry experience and exceptional leadership skills.
