Career Development Success Story: Joel Valdez-Ramirez

A core declaration of United Security is Career Development, which means providing a path based on training, skill improvement and advancement opportunities.  We are excited to announce the promotion of Joel Valdez-Ramirez to Account Manager in the Boston District.

Joel has been with the USI team for over 3 years providing exceptional service to our clients and developing strong relationships with his managers and co-workers. Joel excelled in his most recent position as a Shift Supervisor and expressed the desire to move up in the company.

Joel brings several years of security experience and leadership.  This has prepared Joel to lead a new team of security officers to provide the best possible service to our client. Joel is passionate about security and developing a strong working relationship with USI clients and our security officers.

Joel will take over as the Account Manager at one of our new BioMed Realty locations in Boston.
