2018 United Security, Inc. Managers Meeting

December 4, 2018

Every Fall United Security, Inc. hosts a managers meeting to review the most recent year, and plan for the upcoming year. It is a great opportunity for ownership, operations, finance, recruiting and sales & marketing to get together off site to discuss our most important topics; our employees and our clients. This year was filled with insightful discussions about the continued emergence of technology, officer training, and employee development. This event is a highlight for all managers as the sharing of ideas, and team interaction provide a huge impact for the future. Each event we all participate in a team building event. CFO Chris Gelatt steps in as the judge and jury simply to make sure rules are followed. Managers are split between Frank Consoli’s and George Guilfoy’s team. The competition and stress are fierce, but slightly overmatched by the bonding, high-fives and laughter. For the second year in a row George’s team took home the win.
