United Security would like to acknowledge Phillip Dore and Zach Masoud for their quick response to an incident at Lakeforest Mall in Gaithersburg, MD. Their swift response led to the arrest of two individuals. Phillips’s vigilance in spotting the suspects on CCTV and taking immediate action by alerting local authorities and Zach, his supervisor, played a crucial role in preventing a potentially different outcome.
