This month United Security, Inc. shines a spotlight on Payroll Director, Kathy Sicurella. Kathy is set to retire after a remarkable 29-year journey with USI. Joining the company in 1995 as the Secretary, Kathy quickly became an integral part of the team. Since the beginning, she has provided invaluable support to CFO Christine Gelatt, playing a crucial role as the company expanded. Her versatility and dedication have been evident throughout her tenure, as she has contributed to a wide range of functions across the company.

In Kathy’s current role as Payroll Director, she has meticulously reviewed and processed payroll for the entire firm. Her contributions have touched nearly every aspect of United Security’s operations, showcasing her commitment and adaptability. As Kathy steps into retirement, she leaves behind a legacy of hard work and dedication, having significantly impacted the company and its success over nearly three decades. Her presence will surely be missed, but her contributions will be remembered and valued for years to come.
