Congratulations to Account Manager James Clark-Powell for his compassionate action

United Security, Inc. is pleased to shine a spotlight on Account Manager, James Clark-Powell at Capstone On-Campus Management (COCM) in Boston, Massachusetts.

James goes above and beyond his regular duties to provide exemplary customer service to the residents and team at COCM. Recently, in one of the residence halls, a baby bird found its way in through an open entrance doorway, causing commotion as the COCM Facilities team made numerous unsuccessful attempts to catch it. James took it upon himself to create a makeshift trap in efforts to capture the bird. In collaboration with COCM’s Maintenance Supervisor, Edwin, they managed to capture and release the bird back outside.

James’ quick thinking and compassionate action not only ensured the safety of the bird but also reflects his deep empathy and proactive approach to problem-solving. Thank you, James, your dedication to your work is unparalleled, as is your willingness to offer assistance whenever and wherever it is needed!
