Some Highlights from 2023 & Some News for 2024!

As we move into the new year, our team wanted to take a moment to reflect on a few of our highlights in 2023. In addition, we’ll give a glimpse into some of our plans and recent new moves for 2024!
2023 Highlights
- UBER Portfolio Manager James Butt was awarded the Annual David J Dubeau USI Employee of the Year award for 2023.
- Brittany Anderson was awarded the 2023 OSPA award for Outstanding Contract Security Manager / Director.
- USI added 27-year security industry veteran Senior VP of Operations Grady Baker to our team.
- Security Officer Michael Bassano celebrated 30 years as a USI employee!
- USI Security Officer Lourdes Santos saved a choking baby’s life while on duty due to her training and quick thinking!
- USI moved into their new Boston office at 175 Federal Street!
- USI Employee Carla Figueroa welcomed a new baby boy named Carter!
New for 2024
- VP of Human Resources Traci Bonnassar will be publishing a new email newsletter for all USI employees filled with information on employee benefits, work/life balance, career advancement and healthy living tips.
- USI Integrated Solutions has added Business Development Manager John Shiels. John will be working with new USI clients on all security tech services and opportunities.
- USI Marketing is growing and excited that USI employee Jamie Trewhella will be transferring internally to a new team.
- USI continues to invest in our Command Center located at our headquarters in Red Bank, NJ. These efforts will elevate the services we provide to our clients.
- USI will be distributing to all employees Culture Cards. These cards will highlight USI Core Values of People, Community, Development, and Integrity.
- USI will be launching a new website in 2024. Stay tuned for updates!
- USI celebrates 32 years in business in 2024!
