James Butt Awarded the 5th Annual David J Dubeau USI Employee of the Year for 2023

United Security is proud to continue the tradition of identifying an employee who exudes the standard that our late Security Director Dave Dubeau set. Dave Dubeau was a long time USI employee, retired Metro Police Officer, and military veteran. Dave exemplified USI Core Values of Integrity, Community, People, and Development.
This year United Security is excited to announce that UBER Portfolio Manager, James Butt is the 2023 Recipient of the David J Dubeau USI Employee of the Year award. James is a long time USI employee and will be celebrating his 8th year of employment in 2024. James is trusted by not only the clients he has worked with, but also by USI leadership, and his co-workers. He has embraced new responsibilities throughout his tenure at USI with grace and professionalism. The team at UBER who work with James were excited about his accomplishment and provided the following feedback:
