A Career Development Training Session, based on “Customer Service” with a concierge focus, was held Saturday, Feb. 23rd, at the CBRE Conference Center.  This session is the first to “kickoff” the grand opening of the extensive lobby renovation at 99 High Street.  At the meeting, USI Director of Security Michael Hayward, and District Manager John Litchfield led the session.  The entire security team was present, also wearing their new 3-piece concierge suits.  Everyone in attendance participated and the entire team is excited to get started in the coming weeks.  Closing comment by USI Chief Operating Officer George Guilfoy reinforced the opportunities for the USI Team to be a major part of the success of this project, helping CBRE to share this exciting new property with the financial district area.
