This month Public Safety Supervisor, Kendrick Joseph, is being acknowledged for exceeding expectations during an evening shift at Chestnut Hill Square. PSS Joseph was notified by an employee of the shopping center that their vehicle was unable to start, and they were returning to their office to wait for AAA. However, instead of having them wait, PSS Joseph selflessly offered his immediate assistance.
PSS Joseph was commended for his outstanding service by the individual he helped, showcasing his dedication to delivering top-notch customer service. The positive feedback he received underscored his commitment to going above and beyond to help others and exemplifies his strong work ethic and professionalism.
Below is a statement from the individual to express their gratitude for the assistance provided.
“I just want to let you know I’m very grateful for the help one of the security men gave me on Monday night. My battery was dead when I came out of work after a 12-hour day and Kendrick very kindly jump-started my car for me. I didn’t even realize it was something your staff does. I was passing by the desk on my way back to my office to wait for help, mentioned to him that my battery was dead, and he volunteered to jump it for me. It got me home much faster than if I had had to wait for roadside assistance. It really made my day.”
