United Security is thrilled to announce the addition of Grady Baker as the new Senior Vice President of Operations.  Grady comes to United Security with 23 years of experience working for two of the larger contract security firms that focus on the federal government.  Grady’s experience includes managing the day to day of portfolio of 36 Federal contracts which included 8,400-armed security professionals and 3,000 administrative support employees.  Throughout his career he has developed and maintained client relationships with a wide range of Government agencies including FEMA, DOD, DOJ, DHS and FPS.  Grady has developed a reputation as a hands-on leader, passionate about exceeding client deliverables.  

United Security was founded as a Government Services contractor.  Grady’s background and knowledge will be invaluable to USI as he is tasked with expanding our Government Services and State security contracts.  In addition, Grady will oversee our Global Command Center located at our corporate headquarters in Red Bank, NJ.  This command center is at the cross section of traditional security operations and cutting-edge technology.  This includes optimizing remote monitoring, AI data analytics, and a 24/7 365-day umbrella to provide our clients with an additional level of insights and transparency.
