At USI, we take great pride in the professionalism and dedication of our security teams. Today, we want to recognize Security Supervisor Jeff Saky and Security Professional Adam Fawzi Elmokaddem for their outstanding response during a recent security incident at a high-visibility client site.

When an intruder breached the property and displayed aggressive behavior, Jeff and Adam remained calm, professional, and focused on safety. Jeff quickly assessed the threat, took necessary precautions, and ensured the proper authorities were contacted, while also alerting on-site personnel to take protective measures. Adam’s composed and strategic approach helped de-escalate the situation, ultimately leading to a safe resolution without harm to employees, staff, or property.

Their quick thinking and professionalism played a critical role in preventing what could have been a far more dangerous situation. Their actions exemplify the high standards of security and service that we uphold at USI.
