It seems every month in every country innocent people are under attack for simply doing every day activities. This week alone in Manchester, England a concert targeted at primarily teens and young adults were subject to a terrorist attack. This attack has resulted in multiple deaths and injuries. In the coming days, we will view world leaders voicing their outrage, offering an overall call for unity, peace, and stronger security guidelines in all aspects of our daily lives. In the end, it appears like the same message we hear all the time.
For twenty-five years United Security, Inc. has built a business out of living, breathing security and safety for our employees, clients, and their properties. As much as many of us desire to see all terrorists attack stop across the world; the sad reality that they will not. So, what can you do? Start today – plan for the “Unknown!“
Have you identified the “unknown” for your office building, campus or office? In today’s world, the “unknown” can be anything from a door that does not open, a pedestrian that slips and falls, a fire alarm, a fender bender in your parking lot, to the extreme “unknown” of an actual fire, a shooting, a robbery, or a bombing. Think of the worst “unknown” scenario for your property and ask yourself – “Is my team ready?” If you can quickly answer unequivocally “Yes,” Congratulations! But if you can’t answer “Yes” then it is time to start to revise, and or develop your security plan.
At United Security, Inc. we constantly strive to educate our security officers for the “unknown” scenario. We partner with top trainers who guide our management, and officers on current training methods. We provide a wide variety of programs for our clients from Active Shooter training to CPR classes.
We look forward to helping all our clients and partners on all aspects of security and safety, but in the end whether you choose to have United Security, Inc. assist with your “Unknown” planning or another firm, the real objective is to actually complete your “Unknown” plan.
