Officer Rabago was conducting a patrol of his site’s rear parking lot when he observed a grey Kia enter at a high rate of speed, cross one aisle, and stop in front of a black BMW. An individual exited the passenger side of the Kia and attempted to gain entry into the BMW. Acting swiftly, Officer Rabago notified Agency Officers, who responded to the scene and began investigating.

The suspects retreated to their vehicle and left the property before police could arrive, heading out of the parking lot. It was later discovered that the suspects had also attempted to open vehicle doors in other areas of the property but fled without success. Agency Officers confirmed that no damage was done to the BMW, and the vehicle owner verified that nothing was missing. Officer Rabago’s vigilance and timely actions played a key role in preventing further incidents and ensuring the safety of the property.
