Traci has over 30 years of combined professional experience in the Human Resources and Legal fields. Traci has a A.D. in Paralegal Studies, Anna Maria College, a B.A. in Business Administration from Post University, and a Master of Professional Studies, Human Resource Management & Services from University of Connecticut. Additional SPHR certification and is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Executive HR leadership program. Prior to USI, Traci was the Director of Human Resources for a large network of Veterinary Hospitals employing 10,000 employees in nearly 400 locations. Traci is an authentic leader who combines practical operational experience with a hands-on approach to driving HR success in employee engagement, recruitment, retention, and employee relations.
