Shopping Tips

• Don’t shop alone, especially at night.
• Don’t leave packages exposed in the car – lock them in the trunk.
• Don’t drink and shop – you will spend more than you originally planned.

Children Tips

• Inspect all toys for small pieces that can be swallowed by small children or pets.
• Don’t forget a helmet for all the bike and skateboard gifts

Home Tips

• Inspect all holiday lights before putting them up to eliminate electrical fires.
• Careful where candles are placed and lit in the home.
• Keep all natural decorations and trees away from fireplaces and radiators.

Holiday Work Party

• With small talk – stay away from topics such as religion, politics, and salary increases.
• Careful not to stalk senior management at the punchbowl with the intent to announce your new business changing idea.
• If alcohol is served – the Golden Rule – 1 & Done. No exceptions….or be prepared for the post-holiday unemployment consequence line.
