Welcome to February! The HR Corner is a new feature to the USI Newsletter, and with the new year well on its way, I would like to share a few helpful reminders:
- Everyone should have accessed their W-2 by now through Ehub, but if you need assistance with this, please contact me.
- If you need to change your tax withholding and you have questions about that process, please reach out to me and I’ll be happy to assist you.
- We will be distributing the 2019-2020 Benefit Information for the Open Enrollment period in the next couple of weeks, so please be sure to review the materials and take the appropriate actions to enroll or change your coverage at that time. Open Enrollment is the one time of year that you can make changes without having a qualifying event, such as a marriage or the birth of a child.
- During the winter months, we want to remind all employees to be safe when completing tours on foot or in a patrol vehicle during inclement weather. Should you have any questions about the site protocol when there are severe weather issues, please reach out to your Manager, or to the Operations Manager or District Manager for your Region. We want our employees to be safe at all times.
