At USI, our strength lies in our people. Each month, we shine a spotlight on outstanding team members who exemplify dedication, creativity, and a commitment to excellence. Discover inspiring stories of how these individuals contribute to our company’s success and embody our core values.

This month as we begin our Silver anniversary year celebration with an employee spotlight on our CFO & Principal Christine Gelatt. While Chris is more behind the scenes versus Frank and George, she is no less important – in fact just the opposite. Chris is our in-house Hockey Mom which means if you mess with her or her team when it comes to finance / invoicing or receivables you are in trouble. Many client relationships have been solidified over the years from Chris’s interaction and client focused approach.
