We would like to recognize Rosalys Bello for her outstanding service and dedication. Recently, Rosalys encountered an elderly Asian couple who were lost and unable to communicate in English while trying to locate another property. Without hesitation, she used a translator app to assist them, guiding them to their destination. Her quick thinking and willingness to help made a significant difference for the individuals, earning praise from building management for her exemplary service.

Since taking over the 1st shift, Rosalys has consistently gone above and beyond in her role. She has shown exceptional commitment by welcoming visitors, offering directions, providing wheelchairs for those in need, and assisting new employees with their integration into the team. Her warm and professional demeanor reflects the core values of People, Integrity, Development, and Community that we uphold at USI.
