Many of our clients who work with our Integrated Solutions Technology team have met Michael Albarella. Michael is the talented individual who works in tandem with our sales team our product providers and our clients to make sure camera’s work, access control systems are set-up correctly, and clients are trained on these products. His role is very important as he is the special sauce that makes the engine run. Below is an example of how Michael spent one of his days this month with our clients.

  • Early trip out to one of product suppliers to pick up some cabling and connectors for a security camera install job.
  • A quick service trip up to one of United Security’s intrusion system clients. One of the contacts on a door leading to the parking garage is giving the facility managers a faulty reading. Michael quickly diagnoses the problem and re-install’s a new contact that provides the correct reading for the facility management team.
  • A new client is need of some camera upgrades, installation of a high end DVR recording device, and swapping over the clients existing 16+ cameras to a new software system. Hard for some, but when you have 20+ years of security technology experience this is a piece of cake. Michael completes everything on the new project ticket, and trains the customer on how to view all the camera’s on their smart phone. The client’s love the smart phone features.
  • Last stop is a local college. Michael is working with the college’s CTO on mapping out a new secure network, and IP structure for a number of new security enhancements which include camera’s and access control.

Not bad for a day’s worth of servicing clients. It goes without saying, our clients regularly comment not only on how versatile Michael is, but his high level of customer support. Thanks Mike – Great Job!
