We recently had the pleasure of celebrating Steve Drane’s retirement in Des Moines, complete with his favorite dessert, carrot cake.

Steve joined the USI team in April 2019 and quickly became a steady leader and trusted mentor. His guidance helped shape the team and build a strong foundation for the future.

Because of the leadership Steve put in place, his successor was promoted from within, a milestone that reflects the strength of the team he developed.
