Welcome to Spring! The HR Corner is an on-going feature in the USI Newsletter, and with 2019 well on its way, I would like to share some important information for all employees:
- Health benefits are available to employees who work 30 hours or more per week after 90 days with USI. We offer medical, dental and vision, and I can answer any specific questions on benefits at any time.
- We offer a 401K Plan for Full Time employees after one year of employment with USI
- USI offers an Employee Discount Program for all employees for discount car rental through National Car Rental Company
- USI offers an Employee Referral Program, which pays a referral bonus for a bonafide candidate referral who is hired and remains with USI for 90 days. The referring employee must also be with the company on the 90th This is a great way to bring in friends or former colleagues to our company, and to earn a referral bonus for every referral hired!
- Each Region has an Officer Recognition Program, and we encourage Managers and Supervisors to bring forward any stories about officer actions or activities above and beyond the normal site and job requirements. These stories will be included in the USI Newsletter and on the USI website, to recognize the officer or the team, and our client, for a job well done!
- USI offers Officer Training Programs, both online and periodically at sites, to continue to provide on-going education and support for our employees
