Human Resource Generalist

Madison is the Metro Region Human Resource Generalist at USI. She joined the company in 2023 as a Human Resource Onboarding Coordinator for the CT and NY region and quickly advanced into her current role. Madison holds her SHRM certification and earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology with a concentration in clinical and counseling from The College of New Jersey. Her strong knowledge of HR best practices supports USI’s day‑to‑day employee management and contributes to the overall growth and success of the organization.
