2025 Leadership Meeting Recap

Our leadership team gathered earlier this month for the 2025 Leadership Meeting. The focus this year was on strengthening how we support our clients, our teams, and the work you do every day.

Sessions covered key areas such as technology, cyber initiatives, Executive Protection, risk assessments, and company-wide collaboration. These discussions help guide decisions that shape training, support, and resources across all regions.

We were joined by Kelly Botto, Founder of Botto Coaching Collaborative, who led an Insights Discovery session. This personality-based workshop helped leaders better understand communication styles so they can support their teams more effectively.

We also heard from one of our client, Bruce Clifford, who shared what he values most in a strong partnership: clear communication, collaboration, innovation, and a proactive approach to solving challenges. His perspective reinforces the importance of the work our teams deliver every day.

The meeting closed with a focus on connection, development, and planning for the year ahead. The insights gained will support continued improvements across operations, training, and leadership development throughout the company.
