Mhammed Hamid Ourarach continues to impress with his dedication, adaptability, and commitment to service.

Recently, he went above and beyond by volunteering to train for a completely different post. He suited up in a security officer uniform and worked an entire weekend as a mobile patrol officer. During his patrols, he identified a key maintenance issue in a rarely accessed area of the underground garage, demonstrating vigilance and initiative.

In his regular role as customer service/concierge, Mhammed sets the standard for professionalism. He provides tri-lingual support in English, French, and Arabic, assists patrons with shopping and tourism advice, and has even administered emergency first aid. His ability to balance customer service with safety responsibilities makes him an invaluable asset to USI and NED.
