Her consistent professionalism, strong work ethic, and positive attitude have made a lasting impression on both management and residents alike.
Taija has maintained perfect attendance throughout the quarter and regularly goes the extra mile by picking up additional shifts to support her team. Her shift log entries are consistent, clear, and informative. She keeps her workspace clean and organized, and her uniform is always neat and complete. On top of her own responsibilities, she often volunteers to provide coverage and helps ensure smooth transitions between shifts, truly embodying what it means to be a team player.
She also brings a strong customer service presence to the property. The General Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager frequently share how impressed they are with her friendly, upbeat demeanor. She’s become a familiar and trusted presence for many residents, who go out of their way to compliment her professionalism and charm.
Her positive attitude and pride in her work were recently recognized firsthand by members of our marketing team during a visit to Boston.
