We’re proud to announce the promotion of John Fratolillo to Senior Vice President of Operations at United Security, Inc.

John Fratolillo, Senior VP of Operations

John joined United Security in early 2022, bringing with him over 25 years of leadership experience in the security and investigations industry. His background spans senior operational roles where he has consistently demonstrated strengths in business development, operational management, financial oversight, and client relations. Since joining USI, John has played a key role in shaping our operational strategy and strengthening our service delivery. His leadership is marked by a client-first mindset, a strong commitment to team development, and a drive for operational excellence.

In this new role, John will lead operational strategy across key regions, driving performance, enhancing service delivery, and strengthening our value to clients by integrating our technology and cybersecurity service offerings. His focus on creating a holistic security program reflects USI’s continued commitment to evolving with our clients’ needs.

John holds a B.A. in Criminal Justice from Saint Anselm College and an M.A. in Criminal Justice from Curry College. His academic foundation, paired with his deep industry expertise, positions him for continued success in this expanded leadership role.
