Security Lead Officer William Pabon recently responded to a serious medical emergency at a luxury residential building in White Plains, New York. Our client said William showed “technical knowledge, skill and professionalism” as well as his everyday leadership at the site, where he has gained the respect of the officers and residents by leading by example and from the “front”. The building resident who suffered the medical emergency sent a note commenting on how they appreciated William’s “swift response and professionalism”.
Security Officers provide this type of assistance daily. Sometimes it’s routine and goes unnoticed, and sometimes our clients and their residents and employees take notice.
In this case they did, and so did we!
USI Security Regional Director Matthew Lofaro and Field Operations Manager Barry Friedman visited the site and presented William Pabon with a Certificate of Appreciation and a gift to recognize his leadership and for reminding all of us the vital role Security Officers play.
We are grateful to our clients who joined us in the recognition ceremony, Anthony Ruiz, Resident Manager and Nick Crumb, Security Manager.
