Alyssa joined United Security in February 2021, beginning her journey as a recruiter. From the start, her natural leadership abilities and dedication to the company were evident, as she consistently met her hiring goals and brought in top talent. Alyssa’s outstanding performance earned her a promotion to Recruiting Manager, where she demonstrated even greater leadership, motivating her team and continuing to drive the company forward.

In her current role as HR Generalist for the CT/NY region, Alyssa has been pivotal in enhancing HR processes, improving employee engagement, and ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals. Her exceptional work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to balance empathy with assertiveness have made her a valuable team member.
