Frank J. Consoli II has been a pivotal figure at United Security Incorporated (USI) since 2005, bringing over three decades of expertise in the corporate and commercial security sectors. As Chief Executive Officer, he has spearheaded USI’s remarkable growth from $3.5 million in revenue and 150 employees to over $85 million in revenue and 2,000 employees. Frank’s client relationships exist through a diverse range of industries including healthcare, education, and commercial real estate and more. Under his visionary leadership, USI has forged enduring partnerships with key state & federal agencies throughout the East Coast, including the Department of Homeland Security, Federal Protective Service, U.S. Marshals Service, and the Federal Bureau of Prisons. In 2015, Frank launched USI Integrated Solutions, providing advanced integrated security technology. In 2024, he established a strategic partnership with Citanex, a leading cybersecurity firm.
Prior to joining USI, he served as Vice President/General Manager for the Metro (NY, NJ, CT) region at a billion-dollar private security firm. He is an active member of the National Association of Security Companies, Global Security Exchange, Vistage Worldwide, and is a regular attendee of the World Business Forum. Frank is also a dedicated community leader in Fairfield, Connecticut, contributing to organizations such as Catholic Charities, Operations Hope, and Fairfield PAL. He is also a long-standing benefactor of Saint Vincent’s Hospital in Westchester, NY. Frank holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from St. Anselm College and has undertaken part-time MBA studies at Sacred Heart University.
