Q: Is there room for advancement at USI?

Yes! At USI, we always look to promote internally prior to posting our job vacancies externally. We believe in providing advancement opportunities to our employees, as “Development” is one of our 4 Core Values.

Q: Is there a specific uniform that I need to wear as a USI security officer?

Yes, each uniform varies by site and is provided to the employee. Each employee is responsible for proper shoe, sock, and belt attire.

Q: What are the minimum qualifications to work at USI?

Proof of eligibility to legally work in the United States Must be a minimum of 18 years old (or 21 years of age at selective sites). Must successfully pass a background check and drug screen. Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalency. Must have strong written, verbal and communication skills.

Q: What if I am interested in applying to multiple positions at USI?

You can apply to as many positions as you’d like. If you receive an invitation to interview the recruiting team may inquire about what type of role, schedule and commute you are interested in so that we can find the best fit for you.

Q: Do I need to submit a resume with my application?

Q: How can I apply for a position at USI?

We encourage all prospects to apply online on our company website at https://usisecurity.com/ . Please click on the “Careers” tab on the homepage to access a drop-down menu. Then click the “Job Openings” tab from the drop-down menu. This section has all of our current job openings by job title, job type and location. Once you click on a position listed under “Job Title”, you will be taken to a new page to apply for that specific role. This page will also include the job description and qualifications that are required for the position. Our job openings are also posted on the most popular job boards such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and more.
