A Message to USI Employees: Teamwork Makes the Dreamwork

It is exciting to be in the Security Services industry in 2020.  No other industry provides a greater impact on the well-being, and protection of people, visitors, employees to a building or property than the security team.  When investors, developers, and entrepreneurs purchase a building, or property, the first thing they do is make sure it is insured and a close second is the development of a security plan.

For USI to develop a security plan for a potential client there are many moving parts, but in the end it all revolves around Teamwork.

• First our Business Development and Marketing Team meet with potential clients to understand the client’s security concerns, and at the same time share our unique Value Message.
• We hand off to our Operations Team who formulate the security plan for the client.
• Behind the scenes our Recruiting Team are meeting and interviewing potential security officers and supervisors.
• The Human Resources Team is integrating employees into the very first steps of being a United Security employee. This usually entails client / site specific Training for the new security officers.
• Company Ownership is providing executive oversite and working with all teams.
• On day one of a new security engagement, our USI Security Officers Team are proudly working, following the post orders that were established during the transition period.
• Finally, our Finance Team executes flawlessly the process of client billing and reconciliation to our client’s level of satisfaction.

A lot of teams and people go into the process of working with a new client, and the transition process. This overall process incorporates every team at United Security!

The message to every USI employee is that is does not matter if you work a part time shift overnight in a factory or work full time in a class “A” commercial office building or on any of the teams mentioned above; in the end you are on Team USI.  Alone no one team can do it all, but together as one USI Team we can affect positive change for our clients.  We can make a difference in the safety of people, visitors, and employees in the buildings and properties where we work.  Our employees work hard and as a complete team we prove every day to our clients the dedication it takes to exceed their expectations.
