USI Achieved Excellence With Officer Retention Rates Over Last 12 Months

USI is proud to announce that it has achieved an officer retention rate of approximately 70% and staff turnover rate of 38% over the past 12 months. USI is proud of this accomplishment,  especially when you compare it to the industry standard for turnover as high as 200%. As a result of this tenure, USI is able to provide a well-trained, highly motivated and skilled security staff.These results ultimately offer employee job satisfaction and high moral, which translates into a higher level of service for our clients.  In addition, a well-trained employee with long time service at our client’s sites will increase productivity and minimize potential liability.
